An airbrush range is not complete when the first shipment arrives. Distributors also need a way to identify, pack, sell, and reorder the parts that wear or get lost. A spare-parts program reduces wrong-part returns and gives sales teams a useful answer when a customer asks for service support.
This page is for distributors, importers, repair programs, and private-label brands. Build the parts list against the approved product SKU, not against a generic airbrush category.
1. Start with a SKU-to-parts matrix
Use one record for each sellable product configuration:

Do not rely on a product photo for this matrix. The supplier should confirm the part relationship and provide the current part code or configuration reference.
2. Prioritize the parts that affect customer support
Start with the parts most likely to create a return or a service question:
- needles and nozzles
- nozzle caps and seals
- cups, bottles, and bottle caps
- hoses and adapters
- moisture traps and filters
- cleaning brushes and tools
- holders or stands where the kit depends on them
- power adapters or market-specific accessories where applicable
3. Test the replacement parts on the final product
Before adding a part to the service list, test it with the approved production configuration:
- 1Confirm the part code and physical fit.
- 2Install it without forcing threads or seals.
- 3Check trigger response and spray behavior.
- 4Run the normal cleaning process.
- 5Remove and reinstall the part.
- 6Check leakage, wobble, and damage after repeated handling.
- 7Record the approved product SKU, part code, size, and pack quantity.
For a needle or nozzle, test the spray result rather than approving fit only. For a hose or adapter, test the complete air path with the actual gun and compressor.
4. Choose a service-pack format

5. Include parts in the first RFQ
Send the supplier:
- product SKU and expected quantity
- needle and nozzle sizes or application requirements
- hose length and connection requirements
- adapter, coupler, filter, or moisture-trap requirements
- individual versus service-pack preference
- pack quantity and label language
- destination market and packaging requirements
- MOQ discussion point, starting from 50 units where applicable
- sample test requirement
- target production or transaction timing, including any 15-day target
Ask the supplier to return a parts matrix with the quote.
6. Keep document and reorder control connected
Where CE or other documents apply to the main electrical product or kit, keep the document reference tied to the relevant SKU and configuration. Parts should not be described as official replacement parts for a third-party brand unless there is formal evidence and permission.
For every reorder, use the original product SKU, approved part code, size, quantity, current packaging version, and required delivery date.
