Compatibility workflow

Match the part to the equipment.

A similar-looking connector, needle, nozzle, or cap is not proof of compatibility. Reference the exact equipment and connection before approving a sample.

  1. 01

    Identify the equipment

Provide the airbrush, compressor, or kit model and existing part reference.

  2. 02

    Describe the connection

Share thread, diameter, outlet, dimensions, or clear comparison photos where relevant.

  3. 03

    Choose the packing role

Confirm whether the item is a replacement SKU, retail accessory, or part of a kit.

  4. 04

    Approve a real sample

Check physical fit and operation before confirming the bulk parts list.

Order preparation

Define each accessory as a real SKU.

Compatibility reference

Equipment model, product link, reference photo, drawing, or relevant measurement.

Quantity by SKU

Separate the sample quantity, bulk quantity, and any parts packed inside kits.

Packing method

Bulk bag, individual bag, small box, insert, barcode label, or mixed carton.

Reorder structure

Keep part names and codes consistent so replacement orders do not depend on photos alone.

Parts & replenishment

Send the equipment model with the parts list.

For model-dependent parts, the product name alone is not enough. Include the equipment reference and how each item will be packed or sold.

Buyer FAQ

Before you request a part sample.

How do I confirm whether a part fits my airbrush?+

Send the airbrush model, existing part photos, relevant measurements, thread or connector details, and the required quantity. Compatibility should be confirmed before ordering.

Can parts be ordered together with airbrush kits?+

Available hoses, connectors, holders, bottles, filters, and replacement items can be reviewed for packing with a kit after the base kit SKU is selected.

Can I order one sample part?+

Use the product page to request the selected SKU. Sample availability, compatibility review, packing, and shipping are confirmed after the inquiry.

Are hoses and connectors universal?+

No. Connection format, thread, diameter, outlet, adapter, and intended airbrush or compressor must be checked for the selected setup.

Can you prepare a mixed accessory order?+

A mixed order can be reviewed after the SKU list, quantity per SKU, packing method, barcode requirements, and destination market are provided.

Can parts use retail packaging or private labels?+

Available bag, small-box, insert, label, barcode, and carton options depend on the product and order scope. Confirm the parts list before artwork.

What should distributors stock for after-sales support?+

The list depends on the products already sold. Start with model-matched wear, connection, air-control, storage, and maintenance items rather than a generic spare-parts list.

What information belongs in a parts RFQ?+

Include the SKU or product link, compatible equipment model, quantity, measurements or connection details, packing method, destination, and whether the part ships alone or with a kit.

Know the equipment model?

Send the part SKU, compatibility reference, quantity, and packing method.
