Nozzle size is a range decision
Nozzle size affects detail, coverage, paint or liquid tolerance, pressure behavior, and cleaning effort. It should be selected with the application, feed system, compressor, and target user in mind.
A nozzle number alone does not guarantee a particular spray result. The complete setup matters.

For a wholesale range, it can be better to offer a small nozzle ladder than to force one SKU to serve every use case.
What to test before approval
Test line width, broad spray, media tolerance, pressure adjustment, trigger comfort, cleaning time, nozzle access, and spare-part availability. Use the actual compressor and intended media wherever possible.
Also record which nozzle and needle are included in each SKU and whether replacement parts are packed or sold separately.
Planning a buyer-facing range
A clear range can use one general-purpose configuration, one fine-detail configuration, and one broader-coverage configuration. The package and product page should state the intended application rather than simply listing a technical number.
That makes the product easier for distributors to explain and reduces incorrect expectations after the sale.
